**About the company**

**Your role**

Autoflip is looking for an Accounts Coordinator to join our growing company. In this role, you will report to the National Accounts Manager and will be responsible for processing invoices, receipts, reconciliation, and remittances to customers and following up payments. Additionally, you will prepare purchase contracts, purchase orders and processing paperwork and registration documents for vehicle purchases and sales. This role will suit an applicant who is looking to grow professionally, has experience working with KPI’s and has good computer skills.

**What we expect from you?**
- Energy, enthusiasm, and proactivity (Key to be successful in this role).
- 1 - 2 years’ experience as an Account Coordinator or Sales Coordinator.
- Experience with Xero
- Strong communication skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Professional approach when dealing with clients in person and on the telephone (essential)
- Organisational and time management skills
- Updated police check.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
