**Residential Manager - Shalom Centre for Aged Care**:
**About the role**:
Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager - Sydney, you will be responsible for the effective leadership & efficient management of all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the Shalom Centre for Aged Care including: clinical & quality, administration, financial, hospitality, and lifestyle functions - consistent with BaptistCares’ purpose and values.

**About the Shalom Centre for Aged Care**:
Surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens, architecturally redesigned and refurbished for contemporary living, the Shalom Centre for Aged Care is situated in Macquarie Park. Providing quality care & services to 132 aged care residents, this home is further supported by: Care Team Managers, Education & Quality Supervisor, Training & Quality Coordinator, Lifestyle Coordinator, Hotel Services Manager and more broadly by BaptistCare’s Care Development and Quality & Education Teams.

**To be successful, you will have the following**:

- Current unrestricted APRHA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Min 3 years’ experience in leadership & management within the aged care industry is preferred, otherwise a proven track of management experience within the healthcare sector
- Demonstrated experience leading high performing teams and cultivating a positive person-centred culture while maintaining clinical and quality standards
- Demonstrated hands on experience in complying with relevant government legislation, statutory requirements and quality standards
- Demonstrated experience in developing and monitoring budgets that align with standards of care and agreed key performance indicators
- Ability to effectively balance strategic organisational objectives with high quality clinical outcomes
- Highly developed interpersonal and team leadership skills
- Genuine alignment to BaptistCare’s purpose, vision, and values.
