Looking to step away from facility management? We have a newly created opportunity for **3 Operational Support Specialist’s** to join our Residential Care team on a 12-month contract. This role will focus on providing operational risk management support to any of our 41 Residential Aged Care homes to ensure we consistently deliver our services with integrity and alignment to Catholic Healthcare’s mission.

Reporting to the Manager - Operational Support, primary responsibilities include:

- Work closely with the leadership team in the home to ensure Homes are compliant across the Aged Care Quality Standards and capture the processes to ensure sustainability.
- Provide coaching and training to Residential Managers and the leadership team on new and current processes for maintaining compliance across the ACQSC.
- Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to maximise the level of compliance.
- Completion of a qualification in Management and/or Registered General Nurse with AHPRA.
- Solid operations experience as a Residential Manager or Care Manager in an Aged Care setting.
- Flexibility to travel to any of our 41 Homes across NSW and QLD.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the Aged Care Quality and Safety Standards.
- Demonstrated ability to coach, influence and empower a broad spectrum of team members, internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent time-management and prioritization skills
- Financial acumen and intermediate computer skills.

As this role will requires frequent travel to our sites, a valid NSW Driver’s License and own motor vehicle is essential.
