**Whats the opportunity?**
The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company and its products or services. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to create engaging content.

**What will you do?**

Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals

Assist in the development of marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, and newsletters.

Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.

Create and manage content for the company’s website, blog, and social media platforms.

Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools.

Optimize campaigns to improve performance and achieve marketing goals.

Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and effective marketing materials.

Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

Manage the company’s online presence and brand image.
- Prepare and present reports on campaign performance and ROI

**What have you accomplished?**

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management tools.

Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
