As a Customer Relations Representative, you enjoy following processes and procedures. The role involved inbox management and communication by phone with customers. You will also be available to work across a roster from 07:00am - 5:00pm, Monday-Friday. Brisbane CBD location
You will be joining a diverse team and supported by an experienced team leader where you will be provided with structured training for 3-4 weeks. There is an opportunity for growth & development including cross skilling across divisions where your flexibility to adapt will see you on the fast track to success.
**What you’ll do**:
- Processing of customer transactions
- Daily record of transactions
- General administrative tasks
- Operate effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment whilst working autonomously and as part of a team
**What experience you need**:
- Background in any of the following areas: customer service, call centre, hospitality, travel
- Excellent communication skills
- Great attention to detail is a must
- Comfortable following processes and procedures
- Willingness to learn
- Systems savvy
- Friendly and approachable
**What could set you apart**:
- Similar experience in the Banking & Finance sector
- Proven experience in handling complaints
