Customer Support Representative

As a Customer Support Representative at Truly Malaysian Village, you will be the first point of contact for our visitors, providing them with assistance, information, and support. You will play a vital role in ensuring that every visitor has a positive experience, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise. Your passion for customer service and knowledge of our offerings will help create memorable experiences for our guests.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Greet and assist visitors upon arrival at Truly Malaysian Village.
Handle customer complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism, working towards satisfactory resolutions.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of promotions, events, and changes in services.
Gather customer feedback and suggestions to improve services and offerings.
Report recurring issues or trends to management for further action.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and inventory management.
Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall visitor experience.
**Qualifications**:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in using computers and customer service software; familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal, Contract
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: $46,685.72 - $77,856.34 per year
Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
