This is an exciting new opportunity for an experienced State Manager who must be based in Perth with experience in managing stores across two states.

**What you will be doing**:

- Lead, inspire and develop your team so they can reach their full potential and want to grow their career within the business.
- Embed a customer first culture, by delivering a compelling experience in every store.
- Analyse, communicate and seek opportunities to grow sales in your States.
- Support the business expansion by opening new stores with all operational and people objectives delivered to a high standard.
- Maintain strong, intimate knowledge of the retail and competitor landscape to ensure our brand offerings remain sustainable and we continue to grow market share.
- Be an ambassador through your leadership, sales and product knowledge.
- Control, manage and lead responsible cost optimisation strategies through shrink, labour and general operating expenses.

**To be successful in this role**:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a State Management role overseeing 2 states and achieving KPI’s in sales
- Able to demonstrate strong outcomes in previous roles in relation to sales, profit and people through leadership
- A proven business and commercial acumen within retail
