Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a State Manager, based in Perth, WA, with some flexibility for remote work. The State Manager will oversee state-level operations, manage and grow key relationships with dealers and partners, and ensure the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies. Key responsibilities also include team leadership, target achievement, monitoring market trends, and identifying growth opportunities. The State Manager will play a crucial role in driving performance and delivering exceptional service to the company's stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, and relationship management
  • Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring skills
  • Effective market analysis, strategic planning, and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience in the automotive or tyre industry is preferred but not mandatory
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a hybrid working environment
  • Possession of a valid driver's license
