Fast growth is in our DNA - WA opened seven venues last year, with three opening in WA in just one month We now have 9 high performing venues in the region, and 2025 isn’t slowing down either with more new venues already in the pipeline

We are looking for an experienced and driven **State Manager** to lead the WA operations and team as we continue to expand.

**What You’ll Do**:
Lead, mentor, and coach Area Leaders and Venue Leaders, creating a culture of growth and success.

Take ownership of WA’s performance - from financial results to operational excellence.

Oversee recruitment, training, and development to build high-performing teams.

Drive profitability by managing labour, COGs, and operational KPIs.

Collaborate on local marketing initiatives to connect with communities and boost sales.

Support new venue openings, ensuring seamless launches in line with Yo-Chi standards.

Help set the strategic direction within Operations.

**What We’re Looking For**:
Operated in a State Management role within hospitality, retail or QSR, with a strong operational focus.

A people-first leader who thrives on developing teams and fostering connection.

Financially savvy, with a track record of managing P&Ls and driving profitability.

Adaptable, proactive, and solution-oriented, ready to tackle a fast-paced environment.
