We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic **People and Culture Manager** to help us continue our mission of creating a supportive, vibrant, and inclusive environment for both employees and children.
**The Role**:
As the **People and Culture Manager**, you will be responsible for leading a team of P&C Business Partners to deliver the people and culture strategy, ensuring alignment with TeamKids’ business objectives, organizational culture, and evolving needs. Working closely with the leaders of our business, you will play a pivotal role in integrating people, processes, systems and data to deliver efficient and effective P&C solutions.
You will also lead the Employee Relations strategy, ensuring compliance with various Awards, workplace laws, and legislative requirements while managing case management processes. This role will also involve directly supporting and developing a responsive and agile team of P&C Business Partners while working collaboratively with other business units to timely and valuable services to the organisation.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead and evolve P&C Business Partnering model
- Lead Employee Relations strategy & award compliance, governance & monitoring
- Management of assorted case management activities
- On time delivery of People processes
- Effectively lead, mentor, and develop the P&C Generalist team.
**Key Competencies**:
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Experience in fostering a culture of inclusion and well-being.
**Experience**:
- **Minimum 7+ years' experience** in a relevant HR position.
- **Experience leading and developing** a team of People & Culture Generalists.
- **Demonstrable experience** in employee relations and award interpretation.
- **Case management experience** with a focus on resolving complex issues.
- Proven ability to thrive in a **fast-paced environment** with competing priorities.
- **Excellent communication skills** with the ability to quickly build rapport and influence stakeholders.
- Demonstrable ability to **design and implement scalable solutions** in a growing business.
- **Experience in a similar industry**, and supporting a geographically dispersed workforce is desirable.
