Reporting to the P&C Manager, the **People & Culture Business Partner** is responsible for: - providing accurate and timely advice to managers across a range of P&C functions - supporting and coaching leaders to engage their team members through the employee lifecycle - partnering with business client groups to diagnose problems, provide solutions and see them through to implementation - ensuring a seamless product delivery across all parts of the P&C function into business units **About you**: As a big kid at heart, you will display our values daily and bring your hardworking and fun nature to our team.
