**About the role**:
The People & Culture Business Partner at TeamKids is a crucial role responsible for providing a range of services to our operational and head office teams, aligning P&C practices to business objectives, and supporting TeamKids through a period of growth and change.

Reporting to the P&C Manager, the **People & Culture Business Partner** is responsible for:

- providing accurate and timely advice to managers across a range of P&C functions
- supporting and coaching leaders to engage their team members through the employee lifecycle
- partnering with business client groups to diagnose problems, provide solutions and see them through to implementation
- ensuring a seamless product delivery across all parts of the P&C function into business units

**About you**:

- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Proven experience in employee performance management and development.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A collaborative approach to work the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate training sessions and deliver presentations effectively.
