As a **Talent Sourcing Team Lead** within our market leading sourcing function, you will have strong interpersonal skills, a genuine passion in research and proactive sourcing within the middle office and non tech space.

You will partner with our Recruitment Team, HR Business Partners, and hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines, with a focus on senior and director-level hiring and collaborate on technology talent intelligence projects.

As a Team Lead, you will drive continuous process improvement and operational excellence, mentoring and supporting a team of experienced Talent Sourcing Specialists, coaching and guiding them to build their capability and performance.

**What you will be doing**:

- Lead and support director level search work and senior hiring initiatives within the middle offie and non-tech sectors.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify top-tier senior talent.
- Provide talent intelligence by analyzing and presenting insights on market trends, competitor hiring practices, regional changes, and talent movement.
- Manage and support a team of sourcing specialists locally and offshore, managing their workload, capacity and ensuring high-quality output.

**About You**:

- Experience in Senior Hiring: Proven experience in sourcing and recruiting for senior and director-level roles within banking.
- Talent Intelligence Expertise: Ability to conduct market research, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Strong Stakeholder Management: Confidence in partnering with senior leaders, providing market intelligence, and acting as a trusted advisor.
- Sourcing/headhunting Skills: Proficiency in proactive sourcing techniques, including talent mapping, headhunting, and building diverse talent pipelines
- Fast-Paced Environment: You thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, managing multiple priorities effectively while maintaining a focus on quality.
