- Job descriptionSome of the other key responsibilities include
- The continued development of job specific talent pools
- Sourcing key roles supporting infrastructure projects that include building, civil, electrical, fabrication, marine, mechanical, pipelines, rail, tunnel, and underground construction
- Building strong relationships with recruitment partners, your sourcing colleagues, and the wider Korn Ferry teams
- Delivery of value add and continuous improvement initiatives

About You

You will have experience and a passion for talent sourcing whether that is in-house, agency or RPO. You will be able to tap into the passive market allowing you to build a strong talent pipeline. You will thrive on being busy and having a volume of roles, often at different stages of the recruitment lifecycle. Your strong organisational and communication skills with ensure you stay on-top of deadlines and keep stakeholders informed every step of the way.

You will have:

- Previous sourcing experience: with experience within construction and engineering being highly regarded
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence to work with senior internal and external stakeholders
