- Based out of Sydney, we are looking for a Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our internal HR and Talent Acquisition team to assist with attracting the best recruitment talent to continue our success The focus of this role is to drive and generate a talent pipeline via targeted market mapping and headhunting.

If you’ve got a creative streak, appreciate a challenge and love variety, this is the perfect role for you. We are looking for a well networked individual with a passion for recruitment, marketing and social media. Comfortable connecting with people online and F2F, you’ll use your people skills to build talent pools and communities for Finite, and source top talent to join our business.

**What your day looks like**:

- Drive talent EVP related social media across various channels
- Update recruitment collateral including position descriptions
- Graduate recruitment
- Encourage diversity & inclusivity

**What you'll need to succeed**:
We'd love someone not afraid to pick up the phone and make things happen

High energy We're looking for a real "people person"

Have an eye for detail and know how to work and think outside of the box

Love to work in a fun, vibrant and team-based central CBD office
