Reporting to the Marketing Manager you will be responsible for coordinating projects and providing marketing support to Newcastle Anglican and its service agencies.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate marketing projects to ensure key project outcomes are achieved and resources are utilised efficiently.
- Coordinate and contribute to the delivery of Brand, Marketing and Communications strategic and operational objectives.
- Provide marketing support to allocated service agency/ies, at discretion of Marketing Manager.
- assist with the development, implementation, and monitoring of continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate and contribute to the delivery and growth of fundraising campaigns across the business, including establishing relationships with key stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain positive stakeholder engagement (internal and external)
- Provide support for general Brand, Marketing and Communications activities, including events and projects, at discretion of Marketing Manager.

**About you?**
- Undergraduate qualification in relevant field, or extensive relevant experience.
- Demonstrated experience in marketing and brand management.
- Relevant experience in project management and/or tools.
- Ability to plan, implement and evaluate brand, marketing, fundraising and event projects.
- Ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, internally and externally.
- Commitment to continuous improvement, innovation and well-developed problem-solving skills.
- High-level computer skills, particularly fluent with Microsoft Office products and project management software.
- Ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions to challenges.
- Planning, administrative, organisational, and reporting skills.
- Demonstrated capacity to operate successfully in a rapidly changing environment and manage complexity, drive change and effectively manage projects.
- Experience working with external agencies.
