Finance Business Partner

**About the role**

We are looking to hire an experienced **Finance Business Partner** to partner with key stakeholders in our sales and logistics functions, and provide proactive reporting and insights to support organisational growth.

Key responsiblities include, but are not limited to:

- Partnering with functional leads to deliver accurate and timely budgets and forecasts
- Maintaining detailed sales and freight reporting suites and proactively providing other insights to enable informed business decision making
- Maintaining sales quoting models and assisting stakeholders in formulating offers
- Participating in costing and pricing review processes and contribute to the development of pricing strategies
- Delivery of accurate and timely budgets and forecasts
- Preparing financial performance reporting and commentary including material variance analysis
- Facilitating monthly business unit review meetings
- Educate and guide functional teams to develop improved financial literacy
- Monitoring transactional data and investigating anomolies
- Preparing ad-hoc analysis, reporting and modelling to support decision making processes
- Participate in month-end close processes focussing on sales and freight activities

**About you**
- CA/CPA qualified
- Extensive experience in forecasting and monthly reporting processes
- Advanced financial modelling skills combined with strong analytical capability
- Business partnering experience, with demonstrated examples of initiatives you have partnered on with the business
- Natural curiosity and the ability to think laterally
- Demonstrated initiative with the ability to work across the business to collobratevely develop solutions to business challenges
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated experience in influencing and engaging stakeholders at various levels across an organisation
- Experience in a manufacturing industry and working knowledge of various costing methodologies is highly advantageous
