You can look forward to the following responsibilities and tasks

Responsible for a full spectrum of HR matters (incl. recruitment, compensation, benefits, leave management, payroll, training, etc.)
Formulate, implement, and review HR policies, procedures, and budget
Conduct regular reviews of compensation and benefits to ensure market competitiveness
Review bonus/incentives, recognition, benefits, and awards to drive high performance and retain key talents
Plan, organize, and manage the Performance Management System
Analyze the local labor market and identify the current and future needs of the business
Review and approve end-to-end recruitment activities, including selections, offers, and acceptance
Build an HR team that can support the organization’s needs - provide guidance to the HR team members to deliver the full spectrum of human resources services to support the team
Review, develop, and plan Learning & Development policies, processes, and programs to ensure effectiveness, relevance, and alignment with organizational goals
Deploy training programs that raise the capabilities of all employees and clearly communicate expectations for performance
Responsible for employee engagement and related matters, including disciplinary issues, etc.
Perform any other duties assigned from time to time.

**How to succeed in this role**:
We expect you to have a minimum of 5 years of Human Resource experience in a managerial position with experience in leading a team, preferably from an international company. You come with education within HR Management or related specialization.

To succeed in this position, you possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You are resourceful, meticulous, independent and do always meet people with a positive attitude. Furthermore, you should have in-depth knowledge of local employment laws and various government regulations.
