**About the role**:
Our Human Resources team are a supportive team of seasoned professionals responsible for strategically guiding and leading the delivery of HR best practices including strategic human resources, capability development & customer liaison.

The primary purpose of this role is to partner with the business to coach, guide and advise leaders to manage and lead their staff in a manner that delivers organisational strategic objectives and operational needs whilst complying with internal policies, procedures and legal requirements. It supports and drives HR initiatives, projects and HR cyclical activities.

The role requires a broad HR generalist experience, strong understanding of employment related legislation and contemporary IR and HR practices, with leadership ability, and proven consulting and stakeholder management skills.

- Previous experience as a HR Business Partner within a medium or large organisation;
- Experience in employee relations/industrial relations and policies and procedures;
- Demonstrated ability to prepare reports, conduct investigations and manage complex performance management and conduct issues;
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management or other related discipline.
