**The Role**
The Work Health and Safety and Injury Management team support and partner across the organisation to influence and drive optimal outcomes for Activ, whilst ensuring the organisation meet all it legal, ethical and compliance requirements, which in turn support Activ’s strategic and operational plans and fosters an enabling culture within the organisation.
Reporting to the Health and Safety Manager this role is a pivotal position providing holistic services and proactive management of Health & Safety incorporating workers compensation administration, injury management and rehabilitation processes.

- Previous experience acting as a point of partnering for queries on comprehensive injury management and workers compensation queries
- Experience partnering with the HR and Finance and Governance Teams to ensure effective claim management, ensuring risk and hazard management and effective cost reduction
- Effective and innovative case management experience; liaising with all stakeholders including treating practitioners, external rehabilitation providers
- Experience in providing strategic direction on open workers compensation claims process and progress in working towards closing cases
