**About the role**
The **Clinical and Quality Business** **Partner **provides support and guidance to Operational teams to build their knowledge and capacity to identify and manage customer related risks, proactively identify areas of quality service improvement, and ensure compliance in line with the NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Framework and related Rules.
This position is also responsible for contributing to the delivery of key strategic quality projects within the organisation; and contributes to the quality review of customer clinical plans, medication, service improvement, participants self-determination, capacity and quality of life.
**A typical day in the role may look like **
- Support Operational teams to raise quality capabilities to ensure services meet customer, regulatory, governance and community expectations
- Undertake analysis of performance data to support Operational teams in identifying areas for quality improvement
- Monitor gaps in practice across the regions and providing feedback to the Clinical Governance Manager to identify strategic risks and opportunities for improvement
- Develop procedures and tools to implement identified continuous improvement actions
- Keep abreast of government and legislative and regulatory obligations, particularly changes relating to the implementation of the NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Framework
- Certificate IV or Diploma in Nursing, along with 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an Enrolled Nurse
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
- First Aid and CPR
- COVID vaccinated, including booster
- National Police Clearance and/or NDIS worker screening check.
