**Job Overview**
- Position: Junior Office Assistant
- Location: Artarmon, Sydney (NSW 2064)
- Employment Type: Max Term 6 - 12 months contract, with opportunity for permanent.
- Reports To: Office Manager

**Key Responsibilities**
- Answering phones and handling incoming calls professionally, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Diary management, including scheduling appointments, meetings and reminders for staff.
- Creating and maintaining process documents to ensure efficient workflows and compliance.
- Building and updating internal websites or intranet pages to support team collaboration.
- Preparing orders, including processing purchase orders, invoices and related documentation.
- Performing all other general duties of an office assistant, such as filing, data entry, mail handling, and office supply management.

**Qualifications and Preferences**
- Currently studying or recent graduate in Human Resources (HR), Marketing, or Mechanical Design.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with website building tools (e.g., WordPress or basic HTML) is a plus.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- No prior experience required, but enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude are essential.
