In this varied role, you'll assist with purchasing, inventory, and office operations — from processing orders and maintaining records to supporting equipment receiving, dispatch, and general admin tasks. If you're organised, detail-focused, and eager to learn, this is the perfect opportunity to grow your skills and build your career in administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor office inventory levels and reorder supplies (e.g., uniforms, consumables, and office items).
- Support purchasing activities by processing purchase orders, reviewing and updating purchasing records, maintaining supplier and inventory databases, and liaising with vendors for quotations.
- Provide support with invoicing, quotations, data entry, and maintaining accurate records when required.
- Assist with the receiving and dispatch of medical devices, parts, and other goods when required.
- Assist with coordinating the loan and calibration of test equipment.
- Answer incoming calls promptly, take accurate messages, and ensure information is transferred to the relevant staff or department.
- Maintain filing systems (electronic and paper-based) and ensure documents, reports, forms, and meeting minutes are prepared and organised.
- Provide general administrative support to the Management Team, including ad hoc tasks as required.
