We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media Coordinator & Junior Digital Designer to join our marketing team In this role, you'll be responsible for designing and executing inspiring social media content that resonates with our diverse brands across a range of platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain social media platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Pinterest.
- Execute the social media calendar aligned with content and product launch plans.
- Design and publish visually engaging social media content (posts, reels, moodboards, carousels, and paid ads).
- Collaborate with the Senior Designer and marketing team to brainstorm and develop creative ideas.
- Schedule posts for optimal engagement using tools like Later.
- Assist the Communications team in campaign execution, including HubSpot eDMs and website banners.
- Monitor and report on key social media metrics and trends.
- Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated on industry best practices.

**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in social media platforms and tools such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
- Graphic design skills with experience in Adobe Creative Suite and video creation tools.
- Strong understanding of social media metrics and reporting.
- Ability to collaborate in a team environment and contribute creatively to projects.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
