We are currently assisting our national client in their search for accounts officers.

The role:

- Working in either the accounts receivable or accounts payable team
- Preparation of invoices for entering
- Resolving customer or supplier queries
- Maintenance of the customer or supplier data file
- Reconcilation of accounts
- Monitoring payments of invoices
- Provide reception relief
- Assisting in either accounts receivable or payable as required.

To be successful:

- Minimum 1-2 years accounts experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- High volume data entry and fast paced environment
- Problem solver
- Superior verbal and written communication
- Autonomous worker
- Proficient computer skills including accounting programs
- Proactive and flexible attitude and mindset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Tweed Heads South, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
