This highly acquisitive, ASX listed business provides services to the civil and construction industries. They are a fast paced, high-volume environment and will continue to growth and expand their services via strategic acquisition. As part of this growth, they seek to hire 2 x skilled Accounts Officers / Bookkeepers to work closely with the Finance Manager and broader team and provide strong day to day accounting support.

**About the role**

These are both very hands-on roles that provide support for day to day transactions including:

- Data entry and high volume invoice processing;
- Full function Accounts Payable including reconciliations, liaising with vendors and EFT payments;
- Daily and weekly bank reconciliations for multiple bank accounts;
- Accounts Receivable processing, allocating cash and collections work;
- Back up support for payroll processing;
- Assisting with various end of month tasks as required;
- Account and statement reconciliations;
- Assisting with other financial and project tasks as required;
- Responding to incoming queries and resolving billing issues; and
- Regularly liaising with internal and external parties and providing strong levels of customer service.

**About you**

***
You are either an experienced Accounts Officer or Bookkeeper with at least 3 + years’ experience and a high attention to detail and level of accuracy. Ideally you will have good systems experience and solid Excel skills. You are also pro-active, forward thinking, and thrive in a busy, high-volume environment.
