**About the role**

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Working with a portfolio of customers from start to finish of their installation with SAE
- Answering incoming calls and enquiries to provide valuable information to our customers
- Assisting with scheduling of appointments for customers
- Respond to customer enquiries within a timely manner
- Data entry and maintaining accurate data in our database
- Solving customer conflict and resolution with your teams support

SAE Group is an Australian owned and operated company specialising in residential/ commercial solar design, air-conditioning and energy efficiency based in Tweed Heads, northern NSW.

No two days are ever the same at SAE Group. We are on a mission to switch Australia to solar, one rooftop at a time. Our customer service team is growing and we are looking for bright, bubbly personalities to help us reach our goal. The beauty of this role is you are providing customers with a real solution that can make a big difference in their day to day lives and the environment.

**Skills and experience**
- Previous experience in an administrative and customer service role.
- Excellent customer service ethic as well as outstanding communication skills.
- Willingness to operate in a team environment.
- Ability to organise, plan and prioritise.
- Efficient and hardworking with a can do attitude.
- Knowledge of MS Office programs.
- Solar PV or Trade industry knowledge an advantage but not essential, as training will be provided.

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
