**Title**: Sales and Marketing Manager

As a Sales and Marketing Manager you will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and coordinating the sales and marketing activities within our organization. This role is vital in developing strategies to maximize revenue, build customer loyalty, and promote the Benino brand.

**Key responsibilities**
- Develop and implement sales strategies and set sales targets to drive organizational growth.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote goods and services to a broad audience.
- Strengthen brand image and foster brand loyalty to increase product/service consumption.
- Manage public relations strategies to build and maintain a positive organizational reputation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales and marketing efforts.

**Selection criteria**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing or related role
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in marketing, Sales, Communications, or related field
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Team player with problem solving abilities

Pay: $73,500.00 - $83,500.00 per year
