**The Role**
The Digital Marketing Specialist - Development & Analysis is responsible for managing the online customer experience and enhancing O’Brien’s digital presence across both B2B and B2C channels. Key duties and responsibilities include:
- Design and execute test plans, analyse results, and deliver actionable recommendations to improve personalization, lead generation, and user experience
- Using digital tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Search Console) to analyze user behaviour, driving continuous digital experience improvements
- Optimize landing pages to raise awareness, build trust, and drive conversions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable insights
- Manage user experience and digital content updates via CMS platforms to support marketing goals
- Execute on SEO strategies in collaboration with digital agencies, brand, and product teams

- Desire to be part of a collaborative team focused on delivering excellent digital experiences
- 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing, with strengths in website optimization, SEO, and CMS
- A confident communicator with the ability to work cross-functionally across teams
- A results-focused critical thinker, with a strong grip of SEO, EDM / CRM, driven by a mentality of continuous improvement
