**About the role**

Join the Dulux Trade team as a Network Area Manager and support the smooth running and ongoing excellence of our Dulux Trade Centre Stores, Depots and Inspirations franchises stores through leadership, Influence, and operational excellence.

This hand-on role will see you managing customer relationships and developing teams of sales professionals to achieve store goals and metrics and spear-heading internal change for business-wide growth. You’ll be supporting several stores and depots across Sydney and surrounding regions to maximise business sales and profitability.

**Responsibilities**
- Coaching and motivating your Store Managers, Franchise owners and their teams
- Developing succession plans to drive team engagement
- Supporting Store Managers and Franchise owners with financial performance and budgets
- Driving in-store promotions and marketing to deliver profitable growth
- Influencing and managing internal change management projects/processes
- Building and maintaining a positive team culture and strong safety focus
- Ensuring store compliance through audits and staff training
- Supporting stores to deliver excellence in customer service, safety, stock management and store presentation

This is a role with real scope, so you’ll need to bring strong team management skills, solid sales acumen and a results-orientated approach to succeed. As a confident problem solver and negotiator, you’ll drive business improvements from the front, supporting teams with change along the way. Other key skills and experience include:

- Experience coaching, developing and engaging a team within a retail environment
- Solid Multi-Site retail management experience
- The understanding and ability to influence internal change
- Budget and financial management skills
- Confidence with inventory and stock management processes
- Proven experience and a passion for mentoring teams and succession planning
