**About the role**

As a brand manager for the Yates Lawn Care, you will be drive number of NPD projects. This a hands-on role where you will be working cross functionally with various teams to maximize returns.

This is a unique opportunity that provides you the platform to engage and influence our major customers.

The role is based out of Padstow and is a brilliant platform that will nurture your marketing passion.

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure activation plans across customers and channels
- Work closely with sales, procurement, and R&D to support NPDs and key brand targets
- Actively participate in the Yates marketing team to develop and contribute to overall business strategies
- Identify opportunities with the Business Manager to ensure long term profitability is maximized
- Develop the communication mix for our campaigns, involving both ATL and BTL

**Skills & Experience**
- Demonstrated experience in brand management
- The ability to work in the large and dynamic environment
- The ability to seek out improvements and drive process enhancements
- Tertiary qualification in marketing
