**Full Job Description**
Our client is a global leader in virtual and face-to-face negotiation advice, support and training. In the past four decades and across over 70 countries, they have established a reputation as a trusted negotiation partner for some of the world’s largest organisations, including PwC, Johnson & Johnson, Adidas and Woolworths.
They provide tailored courses to both the public and private sectors, from finance and healthcare, to retail and government agencies. These premium and market leading courses explore negotiation strategies by analysing real-word situations and using interpersonal persuasion techniques. Participants walk away empowered to direct change, resolve conflicts, reinvent their businesses and accelerate growth.
**Your key **responsibilities** will **include**
- Driving sales growth through your national channel and partner network by proactively developing both your resellers and distributors sales skills
- Delivering sales growth by converting the opportunities you have been referred or identified
- B2B sales success typically pitching to Training Providers, Consulting Firms, L&D Practitioners, C-Suite executives, Operations Managers, Procurement or Business Managers utilising a consultative approach for any form of technology solution
- Stakeholder engagement and management
- Taking responsibility for your own call cycle and portfolio management to maximise on your success
- Operating with a high level of customer centricity and commercial acumen

**What you will bring to this role**
- Experience in developing professional networks
- Demonstrated B2B sales and account management experience
- A min of 18 months in a B2B consultative sales role
- Experience as an account manager or BDM in the education sector adv but not essential
- Excellent relationship management skills
- A passion for 'rain making' - you will be a driven business developer and channel partner
- Excellent pipeline management & lead conversion skills
- Excellent communication skills
- A high degree of motivation and a collaborative style
- A high attention to detail and flexible attitude.
- Demonstrated excellent customer service skills.
- Proven success in delivering to revenue targets
- Confident in preparing your own sales reports
