We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Partner Coordinator to support the execution of partner marketing initiatives and maintain strong administrative oversight of partner relationships. This role is ideal for someone with excellent coordination skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project execution, timely reporting, and effective communication.

**What you'll do**
- Administrative Support & Coordination
- Maintain up-to-date records of partner activities, campaign timelines, and documentation.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, training sessions, and partner briefings.
- Serve as the first point of contact for partner inquiries and internal coordination.
- Project & Campaign Coordination
- Assist in planning and tracking the execution of partner marketing campaigns and budget.
- Monitor campaign milestones and ensure timely delivery of assets and approvals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to source and organize marketing materials.
- Reporting & Analytics
- Compile monthly and quarterly reports on campaign performance and partner engagement.
- Track lead generation and support the end-to-end lead management process.
- Prepare client-ready presentations and dashboards using data from multiple sources.
- Stakeholder Communication
- Ensure partners are informed and enabled with the latest updates, tools, and resources.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align on campaign goals and execution.
- Escalate issues to the Program Manager as needed.

**Qualifications**
- A minimum of 3 years work experience in a Business-to-Business environment
- Business level English both written and spoken, with the ability to adapt communication style to fit the audience
- Proven experience in administrative or project coordination roles, preferably in marketing or partner management.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or similar).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
