**Who we are**:
We are currently searching for a dedicated and driven recruitment team lead to lead and help develop our high performing Melbourne team to further success As recruitment team lead you will monitor, coach and mentor the teams performance, continue to grow our already strong market reputation; and maintain and expand our unparalleled relationships in the industry.

You will be provided with a strong support network, development and succession plan to set you and the team on the path to success

**What we are looking for**:

- Minimum 3+ years recruitment team management experience
- A strong coach and mentor, with a collaborative and supportive outlook
- You don't need to have recruited in retail, we are open to experienced recruiters who are looking to move into a new division
- You will need a proven track record to meet both personal and team revenue targets
- Display a high work ethic and determination to achieve results
- Excellent relationship building skills and a customer centric attitude
- A flexible mindset and adaptable and open to change
- A passionate manager, that can bring a high level of drive and energy to the team
