**someone remarkable **This role is not like others, we want you to bring your Admin A-Game along with your customer service flair to provide daily administrative support to this National Team.

**What your days will look like;**
- Being the ‘go-to person' by supporting the office and the remote workforce
- Answering calls and greeting clients at reception in a positive and helpful manner
- Providing office management - no job is too small
- Building effective working relationships across the business
- Booking & facilitating client and team member meetings on behalf of Managers
- Reviewing reports and documents to ensure accurate formatting, grammar & data
- Providing data entry support for systems and processes - particularly Salesforce
- Ensuring processes are streamlined and efficient
- Distribute resources and equipment to our team

**What you will need to be successful;**
- Exceptional communication in all areas
- Strong administrative skills, accuracy and attention to detail
- Supporting people and have the eye to pick things up
- You love to juggle multiple tasks, however, you are very organised in that juggling
- A Remarkable attitude with a friendly and professional demeanour
- You love ticking things off your list and making stuff happen
- You’re a problem solver and can think outside the box
- Initiative, initiative and add more initiative will make you successful in this role
- You are someone to hit the ground running and has some experience behind them
