This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing financial and property investment firm as their Contact Centre Manager, leading a motivated team focused on warm leads and genuine client engagement.

About the Role

You'll oversee the day-to-day operations of a high-performing appointment-setting team — managing performance, driving efficiency, and fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

Working closely with leadership, you'll shape the strategy, refine processes, and empower your team to connect with clients in meaningful, value-driven conversations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor the contact centre team to achieve appointment and conversion targets.
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance across a dynamic environment.
  • Monitor KPIs to ensure productivity, quality, and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and deliver training to upskill agents and enhance performance.
  • Analyse data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align contact centre operations with business objectives.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement across people, processes, and systems.

About You

  • 3+ years' leadership experience in a sales-focused contact centre.
  • Proven ability to manage inbound and outbound sales pipelines.
  • Strong people leadership and coaching skills with a passion for team development.
  • Background in finance, wealth creation, investment, or property.
  • Proficient with CRM and workforce management systems (Salesforce ideal).
  • Analytical and strategic thinker with a data-driven approach.
  • A confident communicator who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
