Your Responsibilities

- Subcontractor and Supplier Negotiation
- Team Leadership
- Contract Management
- Risk Management
- Contractor Communications
- Site Team Management
- Progress Reporting
- Client Relations
Experience/Qualifications:
- A track record in successful project delivery of commercial construction projects in Australia is essential
- Outstanding client and stakeholder management skill – this company owes it success to repeat business and nurturing relationships
- Keen financial acumen with strong reporting skills

- A salary package in the $180k-$220k range DOE with all tools of trade for a PM supplied
