The Role:

As Executive Assistant & Campaign Coordinator, you will:

  • Provide high-level executive support — diary management, reports, presentations, and client liaison
  • Be the first point of contact for VIP clients, stakeholders, and service providers
  • Own end-to-end campaign coordination — photography, brochures, digital marketing, open inspections, and high-profile auctions
  • Manage the agency's social media presence and client communications via EDMs
  • Ensure compliance, contracts, and CRM records are accurate and up to date
  • Oversee accounting functions including invoicing, receipting, reconciliations, and campaign budgets
  • Support the Project Marketing team with submissions, reporting, and marketing initiatives

About You:

We're seeking someone who is:

  • Experienced as an EA, PA, or senior administrator within real estate
  • Skilled in marketing campaign management and print media
  • Exceptionally organised, proactive, and polished with meticulous attention to detail
  • A confident communicator, comfortable engaging high-net-worth clients and senior stakeholders
  • Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Box+Dice, RealHub desirable)
