We are seeking experienced talent acquisition specialists to join Korn Ferry as we partner with a new and exciting brand with our latest RPO client

**Key Accountabilities**
- Responsible for end-to-end process management utilising one of Korn Ferry’s bespoke tech software solutions
- Work in partnership with, advise and counsel hiring managers of recruitment approach; undertaking direct and active sourcing strategies as needed
- Position opportunities using the client’s brand and EVP responsibly and creatively
- Engage with hiring leaders to educate them on the ever-changing employment market
- Assist with training hiring managers on best practise interview and assessment techniques
- Manage advertising response rates, and make decisions on advertising frequency based on analytics

**Required Skills**:

- Client facing recruitment experience
- Negotiation and influencing skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Savvy with databases and Microsoft office tools
- Ability to resolve challenging situations calmly and professionally
