Located in Westfield Doncaster, these Pop-Ups operated by Alquemie Group will have exclusive Disney merchandise to celebrate their 100th anniversary, from Mickey Mouse ears to Disney Apparel, the magic is endless

**What is the role?**

We are looking for a Pop-Up Supervisor to join the Disney 100 Pop-Up team. As a Pop-Up Supervisor, you will be working closely with the Alquemie Group team to collaborate on store operations & team management.
- Support the Pop-Up Store Manager with creating store rosters according to daily traffic, peak periods and optimize the team resources.
- Work closely with the Pop-Up Store Manager to build a high performing team.
- Provide excellent customer service and offer support with product selection and product enquiries.
- Work closely with the Pop-Up Store Manager to Implement plans to achieve high results in sales and customer service expectations set by the Support Office team.
- Provide operational support with the pop-up opening and closing routines.
- Be involved with the processes of bump-in & bump-out procedures of our Pop-Up locations.

This role is a fixed-term contract to support our Disney 100 Pop-Up locations from May till October in Melbourne, VIC

**_ To be successful for this role:_**
- At least 1 years of management experience in a retail environment.
- Ability to build a high-performing & results driven team in sales and customer experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal.
- Be self-motivated, driven, results orientated and can demonstrate success in achieving KPI’s within a retail atmosphere
- Demonstrate an ability to develop, inspire and coach a small team of retail professionals.
