TOMO:LIFE, the premier destination for BTS, NJS and K-Pop enthusiasts, is looking for a seasoned Store Manager to elevate our Melbourne pop-up store experience. We are looking for a permanent store or area manager to join the team as we will have many more pop-ups and stores on the way.

**Role: Store Manager**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Uphold unparalleled hospitality standards, ensuring every customer feels valued and excited.
- Lead and motivate the retail team to exceed sales targets and provide exceptional service.
- Expertise in visual merchandising: creatively display merchandise to enhance the shopping experience and drive sales.
- Manage daily store operations, including inventory control, order processing, and staff scheduling.
- Implement strategies to maximize customer satisfaction and store profitability.
- Provide in-depth knowledge of BTS, NJS, and K-Pop culture to engage and connect with our customer base.
- Ensure the store environment reflects TOMO:LIFE’s brand and K-Pop aesthetic.
- Collaborate with the corporate team for promotional events and product launches.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and tact.
- Train and develop staff, fostering a culture of learning and passion for K-Pop.

- Proven experience in retail management, particularly in a high-volume environment.
- A track record of providing exceptional customer service and hospitality.
- Strong skills in visual merchandising and creating engaging store layouts.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Passionate and knowledgeable about BTS, NJS, and K-Pop culture.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude, flexible, and adaptable in a dynamic work environment.

**Salary**: $28.00 - $40.00 per hour
