We have a fantastic opportunity to join the S Connect team within the Commercial Property as a Pop Up and Advertising Executive. You will be managing the work for Stockland Point Cook and Wendouree retail assets.

**About the role**

Your role will work on prospect, pitch, package and sell solution-based concepts to clients that result in budget achievement per quarter and annum. Build and maintain effective working relationships with all internal and external to deliver the best outcome for the business.

**Responsibilities will include but not limited to**:

- Maintain, manage, and grow S Connect pop up and advertising income by achieving and exceeding the yearly budget for the specified centres.
- Develop new business strategies and packaged solutions for prospective and existing clients that are in line with client objectives (solution selling).
- Establish high quality leads and a strong pipeline ongoing that is in line with ensuring budget achievement.
- Pitching, proposal writing, presenting, negotiating and effective delivery/execution per client/campaign.
- Ongoing client retention, growth, and new business development.
- Establish appropriate industry relationships.
- Best practice campaign execution per booking and across designated portfolio.
- Prospect and source clients who are synergistic with Stockland strategy and values.

**About you**

To be successful in this role you will bring with you;
- Your strong sales experience preferably with experience across pop up, campaign, media/event, or sponsorship sales
- Experience within a retail, media or real estate industry or a similar industry is preferred
- You will bring proven experience in business development, packaged selling, working with existing clients, and compliance
- You will ideally bring your strong local knowledge along with a sharp client focus acumen
- Ability to build strong relationships will be key
- You will be an excellent verbal and written communicator
- Your own reliable vehicle is essential
