**Garden Maintenance Supervisor**

$80,000 + signing bonus

We are looking for an experienced and motivated member of the horticultural industry to join our garden maintenance team as a supervisor. This is an exciting opportunity to join a passionate team working in some of Melbourne’s most beautiful residential gardens.

**About The Role**:

- Seeking an experienced horticulturist to take responsibility for maintaining beautiful residential gardens to a high standard
- Complete general garden maintenance tasks such as mowing, weeding, mulching, hedging, irrigation repairs, pest and disease identification and control, etc.
- Take ownership of your own client list and the progression of the gardens you are working in
- Be a part of a positive team environment with a willingness to share your skills and knowledge with apprentices
- Our team works in the inner eastern suburbs of Melbourne (Kew, Hawthorn, Toorak, etc.)
- Includes a company vehicle
- This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday in some of Melbourne’s most beautiful residential gardens

**About You**:

- A minimum certificate III in Horticulture, Parks and Gardens, Landscaping and/or experience within the industry
- Prior experience in the same or a similar role with demonstrated knowledge in ALL areas of gardening (including plant knowledge)
- Experience in residential garden maintenance
- Pest and disease knowledge
- Current driver’s license
- Strong and encouraging leadership qualities with a hands-on team approach
- Ability to work as part of a team and takes pride in being part of a great company culture
- Punctual and reliable, with friendly communication skills
