With rapid growth, POP MART has set foot in more than 23 countries with over 250 stores and 1687 Robo Shops around the world. With the recent expansion into Australia, we are looking for a passionate and driven Assistant Store Manager to lead our **Melbourne Central team on a full-time basis**

**Key responsibilities**
- Train, mentor and coach team members to work towards goals and succession planning
- Problem solving and ability to provide solutions
- Assist with roster management and payroll approval
- Manage the team to ensure that tasks are completed in an efficient and effective manner
- Proactive approach in loss prevention/ stock management i.e. stock shrinkage
- Have proactive and creative approach around visual merchandising of the store
- Lead by example by providing exceptional customer service

**To be successful you will have**
- Experienced and well
- rounded retailer management experience with a minimum of 2-4 years
- a can-do positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Leadership, motivator, and aspirational attributes
- High level of written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities, tasks and overall expectations
- Adaptable and supportive approach
- Flexible availability to work full time (76 hours per fortnight) and available to work on public holidays due to busy nature of retail environment
- Fluency in Mandarin is highly advantageous

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
