**Description**:
Frollo is looking for a Test Lead to deliver best practice quality assurance services ensuring the successful delivery of quality in software development. This includes:

- Creating test plans
- Test case approvals
- Test execution
- Risk and issue management and escalation
- Defect management
- Test reports and metrics
- Test automation

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in devising test objectives, test approaches, and test plans.
- Estimate the testing required, adapting the test plan and compensating as needed to accomodate evolving conditions.
- Approve test cases
- Understand when test automation is appropriate and, if it is, plan the effort and execution. This involves heavy collaborations with the engineering teams.
- Manual testing when required.
- Engaging and collaborating with IT, Product and other business stakeholders across the organisation to understand data related requirements.
- Guide and monitor the analysis, design, implementation and execution of the test cases and test procedures.
- Measure and report on the test progress, the product quality status and the test results.
- Manage and lead direct and indirect reports.
- Mentor and coach other Test engineers with best practices

**Skills, Knowledge and Expertise**:

- Minimum 7 years of Software Testing experience with 3-4 years in a testing automation role.
- Must have significant Digital Banking/Fintech software testing experience with the ability to engage effectively with software engineers prior to code release to the testing team.
- IT Testing project experience & understanding of the SDLC and integration projects.
- Understanding of Scrum and Incremental/Iterative Software Delivery methodology.
- Test planning & test preparation skills in writing test scenarios & cases.
- Strong test execution skills, in running test cases and logging defects where applicable.
- Experience & knowledge working with any Test Tools in the areas of Test Management, Automated Testing, Mobile Testing, APIU testing, Load Testing.
- Expertise in test status reporting, test documentation & knowledge sharing.
- Experience working with Jira and Confluence.
