High Profile Financial Services Organisation are looking for a Test Lead to work across multiple high-profile technology transformations In this role you will be responsible for analyzing requirements, test scope, approach and planning, creating test strategies, test plans, and test summary reports. The role will also involve leading the test execution, analyzing test results and delivery, and working closely with Software Engineers, Business Analysts, and Project Managers to achieve quality outcomes and contribute to the company's vision and strategy.

**What you will be responsible for**:

- Ensure traceability records exist from tests back to requirements and documentation
- Monitor, measure, control, and report to management on test progress, product quality, test results, and test completion
- Define, design, drive, and deliver all testing work, including functional testing, non-functional testing, system integration testing, E2E, regression, and UAT
- Collaborate across parties involved in product, systems or service design and development to enable comprehensive test coverage
- Manage resources effectively to ensure utilization is maximized, and aligned to plan, budget, and timeframes
- Participate in reviews of own work and lead reviews of colleagues' work
- Analyze and report on test activities progress, anomalies, and risks & issues associated with the overall project or release
- Escalate risks and issues in a timely manner within existing risk frameworks and come up with mitigation plans
- Provide leadership and management for innovative initiatives for continuous improvements and achieving better efficiency and effectiveness

**What you will need to be successful in this role**:

- Strong background in structured testing and in-depth understanding of testing concepts
- Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in software testing and 5 years of experience in a Lead role
- Experience in leading a team to drive the test objectives and deliverables
- Ability to work and solve problems independently and across multiple projects
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, both written and verbal
- Exposure to the risk management framework
- Experience using Atlassian tools like JIRA, Confluence, etc., to create test artifacts
- Broad knowledge of software development lifecycle (waterfall/V-model/agile) Cloud technologies, functional and non-functional test methodologies
