We are seeking a highly skilled Test Lead to join our team. The Test Lead will be responsible for leading the testing efforts of our products and ensuring that they meet the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the testing efforts of our products, including developing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that testing is integrated into the development process
  • Identify and report defects, and work with development teams to resolve them
  • Develop and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test scripts
  • Manage and prioritize testing activities to ensure that deadlines are met
  • Provide regular status updates to project stakeholders
  • Mentor and train junior testers

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in software testing
  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices
  • Experience with test automation tools and frameworks
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies
