We currently have an immediate requirement for a Test Lead to join the AJQ Delivery Team in Sydney. This is a 6 months contract opportunity with a possibility to extend.

To be successful in the role you will need to have the following skills and experience:

  • Experience in leading test teams, and importantly to have experience in leading teams offshore.
  • 5+ years of Salesforce testing experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role
  • Experience with automation testing and integrating test suites into CI/CD pipelines
  • Proficient in DevOps tools, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and QA best practices
  • Strong team building skills, and the ability to ensure the team collaborates effectively
  • Day-to-day management and work allocation to a small Test Analyst team, and monitor performance and provide guidance
  • Complete status reporting and regular updates to Program Manager and Project Manager, and other generic Team lead responsibilities
  • Contribute and lead a test team to effectively follow the established agile methodology
  • Previous project and application software QA capability, ideally with strong Financial Services experience
  • Ability to write test plans, test cases to ensure they are accurate and fit for sign off
  • Reporting experience on the progress of testing throughout the planning and test run stage, with the ability to communicate and escalate issues clearly
  • Experience working on mission critical systems
  • Excellent communication skills, both written/verbal communication
  • Testing certification (ideal)

This opportunity would suit and experienced Test Lead, who is able to manage the challenges of multiple projects  and co-ordinate effort.
