Fantastic Opportunity for an experienced Test Lead to join a large organization

Our client is looking for an experienced Test Lead to join their dynamic team on an initial 6 months contract(with a view to extend), located in Sydney, NSW

The
**Test Analyst **is responsible for ongoing quality assurance of all technical deliverables produced by the IT team using industry standard approaches. You will have a key focus on delivering timely, high quality, effective outcomes for both standalone initiatives and when contributing to larger complex projects.

**Key Skills required**:

- Experience working in an Agile development environment
- 5+ years’ experience in automation and manual testing
- 2 to 3 years experience as Test Lead.
- Any experience in **automation** tools like Selenium, TOSCA, UFT.
- Good understanding and knowledge of CI & CD. Able to use tools and integrate test automation in CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with Git, Github, Jenkins etc.
- Experience utilising tools such as **JIRA**/Confluence/Zephyr or similar tools for test planning, execution and defect management in an integrated environment.
- Expert in Testing Methodology demonstrated experience in development of testing strategies, plans and cases.
- Experience conducting system, integration, accessibility, penetration, performance & production verification testing.
- Experience in SQL, can write basic SQL queries and perform database testing when required
- Experience in managing and coordinating testing activities with management, Delivery leads, external vendors and key stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience and a record of achievement in developing and implementing testing frameworks with contemporary knowledge of testing concepts, tools and methodologies
- Sound knowledge of Testing processes and best practices in SDLC
- Experience in large and complex working environment
- Demonstrated capacity for translating thought into action and being fully accountable for results
- Well-developed organisational skills and the capacity to be flexible in balancing priorities to meet/exceed customer needs.
- Experience working in a global company and operating in an Agile/Waterfall delivery model
- Experience in Test Automation scripting, execution and debugging
- Good communication, documentation and co-ordination skills
- Self-starter and able to work with limited supervision
- Experience in **POS Testing or retail domain** is good to have.
