With our growing operations, we’re looking for a **Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator** to take charge of our warehouse operations while being hands-on in daily logistics.

**About the Role**

This is arole that requires both **hands-on warehouse work and leadership skills**. You’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day warehouse operations while actively participating in stock management, order fulfilment, and logistics.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Oversee daily warehouse operations**, ensuring orders are processed, packed, and shipped on time
**Pick, pack, and ship orders** when required to meet business demands
**Manage inventory and stock levels**, conducting stocktakes and ensuring accuracy
**Receive and inspect stock deliveries**, ensuring quality control
**Liaise with couriers and freight providers** to ensure efficient dispatch and deliveries
**Optimise warehouse organisation and workflows** for efficiency
**Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance with regulations**
**Report on stock movements and warehouse efficiency**, identifying areas for improvement

**About You**

You’re a **hands-on, organised, and proactive individual** who enjoys both the physical and operational side of warehouse management. You thrive in a **fast-paced environment** and have a strong eye for detail and efficiency.

✔ **Experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory management** (2+ years preferred)
✔ **Strong leadership and problem-solving skills**
✔ Ability to **work independently** when required
✔ **Physically fit** (able to lift and move boxes as needed)
✔ Comfortable using **basic inventory and order management systems**
✔ A keen eye for **efficiency and process improvements**
✔ A positive, team-oriented attitude
✔ Experience in operating walkie-stacker and order picker is advantageous

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
