Believing their people are the best in the business, a newly created role is now available for a Strategic Recruitment Partner to join their growing team based in Adelaide.

**Your new role**
Reporting into the General Manager of People and Culture, the purpose of this role is to understand the organisations talent requirements, by shaping, designing and implementing the strategic vision and the delivery of talent acquisition that underpins and supports business growth and organisational objectives.
You will identify, promote and drive key recruitment and engagement initiatives across the business with a major focus on their blue collar and hospitality portfolios.
As the Strategic Recruitment Partner for the National Talent Team, this role requires a broad mindset to provide proactive talent sourcing, pipelining, and acquisition expertise to lead strategies to attract and retain a skilled workforce to meet the current and future workforce needs outlined in the Strategic Workforce Plan and Recruitment and Engagement Plan.

In collaboration with the Chief People Office, GM of People and Culture and wider Executive Team, you will:

- Build the capability and frameworks to drive effective workforce planning
- Develop networks and engage in industry forums to target markets both locally, nationally and internationally.
- Manage contract relationships with external talent acquisition and sourcing stakeholders.
- Provide significant input and expertise to coach specific teams for the preparation, coordination and follow up of sourcing and talent acquisition campaigns to ensure objectives are met.

**What you'll need to succeed**

It is essential to have previous expertise in providing strategic recommendations and solutions to meet workforce planning needs along with excellent relationship management and consulting skills.

You will have the ability to undertake consultative processes, influence and negotiate with a variety of internal and external stakeholders with demonstrated capacity to source relevant organisational information to understand future business needs and pre-empt potential project risks, issues and challenges.
